Dave Russell frames have a certain no-nonsense way about them and this one is no exception. Tiny it may be, but everything is in perfect proportion, and put together with consummate skill and understatement. i think this would have been a custom-built time trial frame for somebody, but it will work equally well as a fast road bike. Clearance for tyres is rather limited, but other than that it will accept a standard road set up. Built from Reynolds 653 tubing - often underappreciated stuff. Paint condition is good.
