One of the great names in British framebuilding, and one who never used a jig to put his frames together. Not one for overly decorative or ostentatious lugwork, Cooper's frames exude class and knowhow. Campag semi-vertical dropouts on this; lovely paintwork in very nice condition. Unfortunately both the fork crown and the brake bridge have had their brake bolt drillings enlarged to 8mm all the way through by a previous owner presumably to accept long recessed nuts. These will need to be sleeved in order to secure the brakes properly. We can do that prior to sending the frame to the buyer if required. Paint is in good condition. Seatpost binder bolt and headset not included.
