Description
Another small, high quality touring frame, this one made by Terry Dolan of Cougar. Ready for a full touring build, with mudgaurd and rack eyes front and rear, the paint a lovely lustrous metallic green - a little on the tatty side, but perfectly servicable if you like the colour.
